Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location. You are responsible for accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information and for maintaining the security of your account.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, sizing, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colours and handmade or material details may vary. We may correct errors, limit quantities, withdraw products, or cancel an unavailable order and refund the affected amount.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the site states otherwise. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm and process it. Payment must be completed using a method offered at checkout. We may hold or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver.

Shipping, duties, and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless checkout explicitly states that duties are included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and clearance charges. Costs caused by refusal to accept a parcel may be deducted from an otherwise valid refund where permitted by law.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Hygiene-sensitive and intimate items have additional restrictions. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Brand Ambassador program

The SISSYSTARS Brand Ambassador program is single-tier. Commissions arise only from eligible retail product sales under the published program rules. There is no joining fee, recruitment reward, multi-level commission, or guaranteed income. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and cancelled orders may reverse commissions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SISSYSTARS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, carrier delays outside reasonable control, customs action, or events beyond reasonable control. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer-protection law.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or service changes. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
