Shipping Policy

Where we ship

SISSYSTARS offers worldwide delivery where supported by our carriers and permitted by applicable law. Availability is confirmed at checkout. If a destination, product, or route cannot legally or operationally be served, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.

Shipping charges

Standard tracked delivery is US$20. Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of US$150 or more receive free tracked delivery. Discounts may reduce the qualifying subtotal. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are not part of the free-shipping threshold unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Timing and tracking

We do not promise a fixed delivery date. Estimated timing varies by destination, carrier, customs, weather, peak periods, and other conditions outside reasonable control. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available.

Addresses and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact 1308065660@qq.com immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

Unless checkout explicitly states that charges are included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and clearance fees. Costs caused by refusal to accept a parcel may be deducted from an otherwise valid refund where permitted by law.

Discreet packaging

Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with neutral sender information where operationally available. Product details are not printed on the outside of the parcel.
