Refund & Returns Policy

30-day returns for eligible products

Eligible non-intimate products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, accessories, hygiene seals, and packaging.

Intimate and hygiene-sensitive products

For hygiene and safety, intimate apparel, hosiery that has been worn or tried on, opened hygiene-sealed products, intimate-care products, and intimate-wellness products are not returnable for change of mind. This restriction does not apply when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, materially not as described, or incorrectly supplied, subject to applicable law.

Requesting a return

Email 1308065660@qq.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, the item, the reason, and photos where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Return shipping

SISSYSTARS pays reasonable return shipping when we confirm a quality problem or sent the wrong item. For other eligible returns, the customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable service; responsibility for an untracked return remains with the sender until received.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Payment-provider processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Cancellations, refused parcels, and duties

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after dispatch. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, import duties and clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Carrier, return, customs, or duty costs caused by refusal to accept a parcel may be deducted from an otherwise valid refund where permitted by law.
